How do we get to the spa?

Infinity Spa Silom – By taxi to Silom 21 or by Skytrain to Surasak station and take exit 3. We are situated at Siri Square plaza opposite to Hilton Garden Inn Silom. Infinity Wellbeing Sukhumvit – By taxi to Sukhumvit 20 we are located next to Rembrandt Hotel or take BTS to Asoke station or MRT to Sukhumvit Station.

We have male therapists available, but we recommend checking the availability and request in advance.

Can I walk-in for the service?

We highly recommend you to reserve your booking in advance as our spa is quite fully booked most of the time.

Is acne extraction included with your facial treatment?

We do not use any machine, acne extraction or chemicals in our Thalgo & Elemis Facial Treatments. The facial is performed by our therapist’s hands, under the direction from both Thalgo and Elemis facial procedures.

Can a pregnant lady get a massage?

We accept a pregnant lady after 120 days, and your doctor must approve that there are no complications.

How should I take care of myself after massage?

You should drink plenty of water, take a warm shower and have a good rest.

What are the choices of payment?

We accept cash and credit card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Alipay, Union Pay, & JCB)

What’s the difference between spa and basic nail treatment?

For the basic version, it takes around 60 min (plus/minus) depending on your cuticle work and it includes buffering, shaping and coloring.

The spa version will take around 90 min (plus/minus) depending on your cuticle work and it includes soaking in vitamin water, masking, wrapping, scrubbing, heel care, a quick massage and then buffering, shaping and coloring.

What’s the difference between Infinity Aroma and Relax-atherapy?

Infinity Aroma is a deep tissue massage, a combination of thai massage (pressure point) followed by aromatic oil and ends with hot herbal compression (90 and 120 min) and massage pressure will be from medium to firm.

While Relax-atherapy is a relaxing massage with a long stroke style, soft to medium pressure. This treatment does not include the hot compression, however, it can be added on per request.

When you arrive at the spa, our spa concierge team will introduce the products and services again. So you can choose and adjust the perfect relaxing treatment that suits your needs best.

Does the price include tax and service charge?

All prices include 7% tax but not the service charge (we have gratuities/tip envelopes available at the front desk, this can be done via cash, bank transfer or credit card).
